He has more than 22 years of experience in the fields of direct selling, counseling, corporate sales, marketing, research & development, leadership & sales training, training modules development, event management, creative writing, newspaper editing, developing vision & mission, website contents writing, business development planning, strategy development, software solutions & management, project development & management, legal consultancy, social welfare services, administration, MLM consultancy, and in other various fields.
He has seen many ups and downs in the direct selling industry of India. He has developed the most stable and visionary business plan for some of MLM companies in India. He has seen the pathetic conditions of Indian Networkers due to lack of proper MLM Guideline and legislations in India. Indian Networkers are seen with big dishonor in Indian Society, even a millionaire networker get problems in his marriage. He sees “MLM Business is the only solution for employment for the bombarding population of India whether it is skilled or unskilled population. He says that MLM Business is the boon for huge population of India or India’s huge population is the boon for MLM Industry in India.
The Indian Education System educates the students to get job only whether it is govt. or corporate. In other words it can be said, India is the largest producer of People with Employee Mindsets looking and waiting throughout their life for 10 to 6 jobs only. Due to non productive education system, there is a huge population of “Educated Unemployed Youth”. This unemployed youth can become the atom bomb for the economic development of our country. He says that it is the best time for these youth to start their business in MLM industry, and they have the golden opportunity to become billionaire within the next ten years by 2030. Think thousands and thousands of times, if not MLM business, then which business can make them billionaire at Zero Investment. It’s useless to curse government or government policies, better go for self employment creation through MLM business. He got his schooling from Sainik School Tilaiya, and graduated in commerce from University of Delhi. He did his Post Graduate Diploma in Global Sales & Marketing (PGDGSM) from NIS School of Marketing, Delhi (NIS Sparta Ltd.- Reliance Group Institution). He has a strong command over SPIN selling Techniques and Personal Transformation Training Skills. He has been practicing these unique skills for the last 22 years in the MLM industry, and now he started the Falcon Academy of Success Training and Frugana Academy of Women Empowerment to impart specialized training for entrepreneurs and trainers in India on the large scale so that Indian MLM industry can get recognition and honors.
He has the great vision for women of India, to empower them with Entrepreneurship Skills: Enterprising Women – Empowering Women. To achieve this great vision for women, he has started very innovative and visionary business ventures – Frugana Academy of Women Empowerment & Frugana Ladies FIRST. Through these two ventures, he will empower women in terms of Women Health & Women Entrepreneurship Skills with Entrepreneurship Opportunities in the fields of health and beauty by the most powerful and enterprising MLM Business Startup called “Frugana Health FIRST”.
He has the great vision for Ayurvedic, nutrition and herbal dietary supplements, and the way of living through Ayurveda. He has complete focus on “Herbal Living-Healthy Living”. To achieve this great Abhiyaan “Herbal Living-Healthy Living Abhiyaan”, he started an MLM division “ Frugana Health FIRST” .
It is the dream journey of Mr. Hemant Kumar Siddhanttam which started in 1998 with a visionary dream to train up real Indians – 76% of Indian population who has always been suffering mentally, socially, educationally, and financially. He started his MLM journey on 8th March,2020 from Bihar, the first democratic state of the world-Licchvi, the land of Lord Buddha, the land of Guru Govind Singh, the land of Lord Mahavira, the land of ancient Centre of Knowledge and the land of every revolution of India whether it is political or social reformation. He has the great vision to make Bihar the “Centre of MLM Entrepreneurs of India”, and to play the very active and productive role in the recognition of MLM Industry in India. He started this movement with a 100 % focus on the development in Bihar with a well defined vision and mission which is called Vision Bihar 2020 to develop 1000 Male and 500 Women Trainers in MLM Industry of India till 2025.
